This privacy policy statement is issued by Gina Grey and Ourdatenight.com to describe how I treat any information received about you. For ease it is split into a number of areas but the following general statement applies throughout this whole document and all our dealings.

This privacy policy is intended to cover all visitors to this web site as well as subscribers to Our Date Night Newsletter or any of our other newsletters/ ezines/ mailing lists. Purely for ease of reference everyone visiting this web site whether intentional or accidentally or sent from another site whether owned by me or not is referred to as a “visitor”. All visitors who have ordered products whether paid or free may also be referred to as “customers”.

Because of the nature of this web site and associated products or articles dealing with issues of a personal and romantic relationship persons under the age of 16 years of age are prohibited from entering the web site. Online Ordering
We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, swap exchange, barter, distribute or share in any other way any personal information about our users such as name, address or email to any third party. Period.
In other words if you provide your name and email or any other information to us it stays with us and will never be passed to any other person.
Mailing Lists
We operate what is called “a double opt-in subscription” system for anyone requesting to join one of our lists. On receipt of a request to join a mailing list for any newsletter we will always automatically send a message to the email address that has been provided to us. That message will ask you if you have requested that your email address be added to our list. Only if you respond positively will that name and email address be added to the subscription list. This ensures that no “jokers” are able to add your name and email address without your knowledge. If you do not confirm your wish by clicking on the link inside that confirmation email your details are not added to any list.
Unsubscribe instructions are automatically added to the end of every newsletter sent out by us. There is also a link where subscribers can - if they wish - amend their profile details (for example they can request that they receive a html copy instead of a plain text copy or change their address).

This OurDateNight.com website does not use any cookies although it is possible that some of our advertisers and sponsors may do to count how many times you have seen a particular advert.

Recommend This Site To A Friend Form.
If a reader elects to use our referral form to inform others about the site or any particular page we ask for both your own and your friends name and email address. Our site will then automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit our site and almost immediately that information disappears from our site.
